Hotel Xestal

The rooms are spacious, the air-conditioning keeps it cool. Our room had two large ceiling fans with speed controls for each. Though on two occasions the air conditioner stopped working, the service desk people were able to fix it right of way. There is no breakfast or room service. There isn't a 'Do not disturb' signed to hang on door and every morning they will clean the room. There are two swimming pools, a shaded area with chairs and tables. The only thing I would of like to have in the bedroom was a small refrigerator to keep drinks cold. Our room had a balcony, three double beds, two night stands, a countertop with a mirror below the T and a closet. The bathroom was nice and spacious; hot water and a good supply of bathroom items. 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, restaurant, Oxxo, IMSS, Chedraui and gas station.

Stayed here for 2 nights! Pool really nasty. Bugs everywhere, not clean. Old &A/C didn't work very intermittent. Hot water in shower almost not existent and barely Luke warm. Only 2 towels. I’d never stay here again. Internet was horrible. They close pools at 10 pm that place sucks was all very bad...

The room had no windows and it was humid, also there were roaches on our room and on the bathroom, suite #9 is the one !! Yeah water pressure was good and AC was working only at night.. Price was ok but you get what you pay for.. El dormitorio no tenía ventanas para liberar la humedad, el aire acondicionado estaba apagado durante el día, aparte había cucarachas..
