Perfect location but a bit crowded hence service delivery is bad. We waited 2 hours to get one of the rooms we booked and still the lighting problem was not fully fixed. Breakfast was excellent, they even compiled with some special requests we had.
Nice hotel with contemporary rooms, cozy and very clean amenities. The location is great in front of the bay and very close to shooping, car services, banks and parks. There is ample parking next to the entance, good to accomodate caravans and large expedition vehicles. Restaurant is ok, with good service.
The hotel has been somewhat renovated, but the renovation is superficial - behind the modern furniture and upgraded bathroom, hides a dated space with old sewer piping, hence the “public bathroom” smell in the rooms. Location is good, the service is okay. Cleanliness - very poor. Will not be staying here again. P.S. The patio area is still under construction, so expect to nap to the sound of jackhammer.
