Hotel Yac Paris Clichy a member of Radisson Individuals

Everything was great. I stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast, room cleaning, staff attention were all good. I would especially like to thank Raouf. He took great care of us. He fulfilled all our requests. He was very polite and understanding. I would also like to thank all the other staff.

Hotel YAC is a beautiful hotel, tucked away on a busy street. When it opened I was so excited to go there with friends for a drink. I am a local so I haven’t stayed in the hotel but instead supported it by meeting friends in the lobby (as advertised) for drinks and snacks. Unfortunately, however, my husband and I have had two recent interactions with a member of the front desk that have really put us off wanting to go here again. The hotel offers coworking, which is a really nice idea. Except that they have a day rate, yet won’t let you arrive in the morning, and you are made to believe that you are an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. As a young mother I also tried to stop by for a quick coffee whilst my baby was asleep and wanted to use the bathroom quickly before ordering. The same gentleman made me so uncomfortable I didn’t know what to do, I am only grateful that one of the waitresses from the bar came to my rescue and took me to the bathroom. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, or to grab a drink in Clichy there are a couple of other hotels with bars and coworking as well where you will be treated much better!

We came to spend a nice relaxing night to enjoy the spa and the sauna. There were few negative points: - Spa was more of a cold swimming pool we were not the only ones who are freezing. - Sauna cold as well and floor dirty. - We upgraded online to a bigger room to enjoy the night just to find that the floor is full of hair. - The bathrobe were kind of old. Honestly if I would come back it will be just to enjoy the drinks at the bar which is nice expect that I will not recommend to sleep here.
