Hotel Yastrebets Wellness & Spa

Everything was just perfect for our 5-days stay. The spa is TOP, the massages are done by professionals. At the moment we walked in the Wellness area, we received a guided tour through all the amenities in the spa Center from the manager. The Thermal zone and pool are clean and warm, with forest view…the fitness is with new equipment with everything needed for daily trainings. :))) lovely stay for real…the attitude of the hotel’s staff is also great! We will come back for sure!!!

The service at the outside bar is absolutely deplorable. Staff of 5 people didn’t take our order for more than 10 minutes when there are just people on 5 tables. We had to go to the bar and ask to order just to wait even more for someone to come. That combined with a bad attitude is enough to make me never return again.

BEWARE – Stay Away! I came to this hotel for a conference, driving a hybrid car. Before my arrival, I called to confirm if they had a charging station, and they assured me they did. However, when I arrived and plugged in my car, I discovered that the QR code on the charging station redirected to a random Google search page. The station also required an RFID card, which was not provided. I immediately informed the reception, and they promised it would be fixed by the morning. Two days have passed, and the charging station is still not working. During this time, I notified the reception two more times and even informed the bellboy, but nothing was done. Today, I went to get something from my car, and a parking supervisor (or someone with a similar role) began aggressively yelling at me in Bulgarian. Despite me replying in English and clearly stating I didn’t understand Bulgarian, he continued to yell and even approached me in an intimidating manner. I reported this incident to the reception once again, but they dismissed it, saying there was nothing they could do and that this was “normal service.” This experience is completely unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel charging upwards of 220€ per night. • The rooms are outdated. • There are small bugs in the bathroom. • The level of service and professionalism is appalling. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
