Hotel Yes Inn Nuevo Veracruz

I stayed here for my small trip to Mexico. The rooms were clean, though my only complaint is that it was a way to warm inside than we liked and the AC could have been stronger. The service, however, was excellent. They give breakfast included depending on which rooms you get. They quickly addressed any concerns we had—for example, when my family and I requested towels, they brought them right away. When the TV stopped working, they not only fixed it quickly but even replaced the entire unit. As for the location, it's not ideal. You’ll need a taxi to go anywhere from the hotel, and while there’s a mall across the street, it’s basically a ghost-town.

It would be convenient to have a second vanity mirror outside of the bathroom.

The hotel looks like it may need some care, but in general it was nice... But the towels in the room were the worst I´ve seen by far, and believe me, I have seen a lot of beaten up towels since I travel a lot.
