Hotel YIT Vía Sevilla Mairena

We always have a great stay in this hotel, having stayed at least 6 times. Staff are really friendly and the rooms are good.

The service at the restaurant of the hotel was disappointing. While having breakfast with an Indian tour group, I was abruptly asked to move to a different section designated for our group. This was particularly unsettling as the restaurant had not visibly marked areas for different tour groups, making the reassignment feel arbitrary. The space allocated to our group was uncomfortably cramped, and when I raised concerns about the lack of available seating, the staff simply referred to a seating list matching the number of people in the group, disregarding the actual congestion. This treatment felt discriminatory, and I strongly condemn such behavior. Hotel authorities should implement clear signage indicating designated areas for tour groups rather than disrupting guests mid-meal based on their association with a group. On a separate note, the room was clean and comfortable, with a properly functioning air conditioning unit. However, I noticed the absence of facial tissues in the bathroom, which would have been a useful addition. Additionally, the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water, requiring guests to purchase it from nearby convenience stores or pay higher prices at the hotel.

Solid hotel. Windows do not open, so this is a huge issue if you want to sleep with fresh air! mattresses are way past their replacement date. Solid location next to metro. But last stop of the metro line. Kind staff.
