I’m writing this review because more people deserve to know about this wonderful hotel and its outstanding staff. During my stay, I experienced a situation that required assistance, and the team went above and beyond to help me. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and found a solution almost immediately. I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and the way they handled everything with such care. The hotel itself is spotless and ideally located right next to a metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. And the best part? You can catch a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower right from the street! 🥺✨
I had such a great experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic – the metro station is just across the street, which made it super easy to reach all the famous sights around the city. It really couldn't be more convenient. We also had a balcony with a lovely view of the Parisian streets, brasseries, and the charming city life below. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I accidentally left something behind after I checked out, and they went out of their way to send it to me as quickly as possible. It arrived at my address in another country in no time, which I truly appreciated. I’m definitely coming back here the next time I visit. Highly recommended!
Our stay in Paris started on a rather disappointing note. The room we were given was much smaller than expected, with a tiny window overlooking the inner courtyard — nothing like the bright and spacious photos online. Had I known this in advance, I would have considered changing the room or the hotel altogether. I had even mentioned to the manager that this was a surprise gift for my child, so it would have been a lovely gesture to offer an upgrade or something special. I would suggest contacting the hotel directly before booking to confirm the exact room details, so there are no surprises upon arrival.
