Hotel Yokohama Garden

The hotel staff are very welcoming and accommodating..It is very good hotel located a few minutes walk in Hinadecho Station, 1 station from Yokohama station via KeiKyu Line...The rooms are very spacious.There is a place where you can do your laundry, microwave your foods , vendo machine for drinks and foods are also available if you are too lazy to go out..Its easier to communicate with the staff coz they can speak English which is helpful for us foreigners who love to enjoy Japan .

The staff was very kind and attentive to all our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Yokohama.

Pros: service was great, very accommodating, and the services on the first floor are abundant. Most front desk attendanta speak english. There are quite a few restaurants and a Lawson's near the hotel. If you stay here there are no major problems that you will experience, however there's a few ones to consider. 1. Only one elevator works (as of August 2025). At the very least the workers will not use the elevator if you're in it so you can have a faster trip up or down. 2. Slight smell of smoke even in our non smoking room 3. You can't shower in the bathtub. You have to shower next to it and it's a strange experience looking for where to put your next set of clothes where they won't get wet. 4. For those who request extra pillows, there are very few
