Perfect place to stay. In the heart of Yountville. Walking distance to many restaurants and tasting rooms. All the rooms are in process of being renovated. We stayed in a new one. What a great difference from the old versions. Pool area is nice. Outside fireplace for a cozy after dinner drink. We've stayed 3 or 4 times and will go back
Excellent place to stay visiting Napa. Seemed to be in the middle of all of my favorite vineyards. Was able to walk across the street for the hot air balloon ride and very close to the town for any type of tours. The property itself was very clean in rooms were to die for. Excellent customer service near the main lobby as well as the pool area with 100% stay here again. Loved the vibe.
I was really looking forward to our stay at Hotel Yountville, especially since we were celebrating a special anniversary, but unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during check-in, and I didn’t feel they made much effort to accommodate us. The initial room we were given was far from exceptional, and I had to return to the front desk to request a different one—only to end up paying more for a better experience. We were also told a bottle of champagne would be brought to the room to help us celebrate, but it never arrived, which felt like a missed opportunity to make the stay memorable. Overall, for the price point and reputation of the hotel, I expected more. The service and attention to detail just didn’t meet the standard. Disappointed would be the best word to sum it up.
