Spent 6 days here. The work meetings were held in the hotel level 1 conference room. The rooms and food were decent. Nothing mind blowing but not deficient. Nothing much in Zawiercie itself. It's a quiet town. A happy discovery was "Restaurant Las - Pizza" which was about 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel. Very homely and you could see that the locals went there
Great hotel if you are in the area. Excellent Breakfast! Good rates. First class service. Not 5 star but doesn't claim to be or charge like it.
Poor hotel layout, however, the reception staff are sufficiently friendly, the indoor pool area is okay but not secured from outside intruders, and breakfast is pretty good. Location is satisfactory in the town but parking a car can be problematic. No concierge and no fitness center. WIFI is spotty in some rooms and locations on the premises.
