Hotel ZaZa Dallas

We had the most incredible stay at Hotel ZaZa Dallas for our 10-year anniversary! From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-notch. Tristan at the front desk was amazing! He upgraded our room at check-in, which made our special night without the kids even more memorable. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with an upscale yet cozy vibe and decor that feels both eclectic and luxurious. Every staff member we encountered provided outstanding customer service. They were so accommodating to our every need, from the excellent car service to the thoughtful delivery of ice and drinks right at 6 PM. We also loved the restaurant and bar downstairs, great drinks and a fantastic wait staff. Madison helped us with check-out and was just as kind and attentive as everyone else. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Uptown Dallas, walking distance to everything we wanted. Honestly, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Dallas. We’ll be back ASAP!

My stay at Hotel ZaZa Houston was nothing short of exceptional. From check-in to check-out, every moment was memorable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of the stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning—artsy, bold, and full of character. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with luxe touches, plush bedding, and amazing views of the city or the museum district. I stayed in one of the themed suites, and it truly felt like a destination in itself. The location is unbeatable—steps away from the Museum of Fine Arts and Hermann Park. After a day of exploring, relaxing by the pool with a cocktail was the perfect way to wind down. The Monarch Restaurant downstairs was also a highlight—delicious food, stylish setting, and excellent service. Whether you're in town for business, a romantic getaway, or a weekend escape, Hotel ZaZa offers a unique and elevated experience. I can’t wait to come back!

We were in Dallas for the weekend. Wonderful stay. The pool , restaurant, valet and front desk all delivered great service. All of our rooms were spacious and clean. Special shout out to Madison at the front desk, she and the rest of the staff made my entire group feel very welcome. This is a great place to stay when visiting Dallas.
