We booked Hotel Zelos for 4 nights as part of our family holiday. The location felt safe and the hotel was excellent quality and we were very comfortable and slept well. It’s well located close to public transportation or walking distance to Union Square, China Town and North Beach.
Hotel was great, except that they charge you a BS amenities fee of 35 dollars a night for things that other hotels offer for free. Valet parking was 55 dollars, which seems normal downtown San Francisco. Overall very clean, except for the dirty windows. Has good service. A lot of junkies in the area, stay safe at night.
Great pet friendly place. Not an appealing location except for access to BART. Resort fee is bunk, but nice bar on site with a good happy hour. Comfortable rooms and good staff. Would recommend to visiting family but not close friends.
