Hotel ZENA beauty & shopping center

We absolutely loved this hotel, and the city of Heviz, too. We stayed during the slow season and couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The rooms are lovely and well appointed. Ours was carpeted which I appreciate as fewer and fewer European hotels offer this. The bathroom was generously sized with heated towel racks and a full walk-in shower. The spa was divine, with beautiful pools and surrounding lounge chairs. The music was soft and perfect for relaxing in the spa. The entire staff was outstanding and seemed to be very happy and well-trained. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated for walking around the cute town and surrounding shops. The breakfast was outstanding, also, and the chef aimed to please. I give this hotel a perfect 10!

Excellent reception staff (Vivien and Mario) explaining everything we needed. The breakfast was is varied and freshly prepared. The rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of space and have comfy beds and good blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. The whole place is kept immaculately clean. Great service, lovely food, perfect location for a relaxing holiday and great facilities. We will definitely be back.

We initially booked 2 nights at the hotel but we extended our stay there as we liked the nice modern decor style, lighting, spacious room with balcony, hotel with 3 saunas, pool, free breakfast, so we decided to stay 2 more nights. For the price it is better to book directly with the reception rather than through the website. Pleasant administrator Daria, very hospitable, helpful, speaks different languages, including English and Russian. Attention, the saunas are only open until 19:30. Parking is available for $9 per day.
