Very good with nice staff front desk person was very helpful.
Like most every hotel in BiH, it is understaffed but top notch service nonetheless. Rooms are falling apart a little and it seems smoking is still allowed, but AC is excellent and the beds comfy. Wall plugs are an issue since they're not easy to reach and few in the room. Excellent facilities for small and big conferences and as previously stated, top notch service round the clock and in all aspects of the organisation. Hopefully they'll add vegetarian options to the menus soon.
Food is the best part, everything is delicious. The rooms are large and spacious, the staff is friendly, it is in the center of the city, right next to the shopping center. Recommendation.
