Hotel Zenit Barcelona

Greetings from Mr. RAKIBUL HASAN! How to describe about this hotel I don’t know but in one sentence this of the best hotel on my eyes in my 26 years frequent traveling carrier . I often go Europe but if I go to Barcelona then this hotel is my 2nd home. I’m staying here last all most 13 years . I want to give special thanks to manager Ms. Noel , Mr. Fethi Rebia with other people who works at day with night shift . This Hotel has a historic and geographical advantage surrounded by many good restaurants bar supermarket Bus stop all are in working distance. Most safest area in Barcelona most quiet area the street belongs to the hotel in the daytime or in the night time. I want to give a big thanks to the owner of this hotel, and the people who is working in the hotel are unbelievable, cooperative always keep smile in their face in any crisis during of guest during their stay at the hotel they helps from their heart. I even stay with my family Sep 2023 in vacation or holidays . Overall, I will give the compliment about this hotel, the hidden jam of BARCELONA for pleasant stay. Stayed with Hotel Zenit over the course of a week was a pleasant stay and would recommend highly, The reception staff went above and beyond.

Balcony lights don't go off, the bed is made up in very strange layers, but even worse dirty blanket .. pretty noisy from outside and neighboring rooms, water very expensive, I paid 130 per night is very expensive for what you get. I left a day early so I could get some sleep at home, the staff promise me to refund 1 day and send me on my way. He forgot to tell me that the policy for canceling is three days in advance, so he forgot that in some kind of strange way ( what I don't believe) and sent me a disappointing email with the 'news' I cannot get my money back. Yup never again, what a disappointment.
