Hotel Zenit Pamplona

I booked the wrong dates for my stay in hotel zinnit,during the citys busy time during the bull run.Needed to cancel and i contacted the hotel in which there manager Sonia and staff helped me get a full refund straight away.very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Attractive price, close to our office (it was a business trip) but: - far away from city center - "mustiness" smelled in the room - probably for this reason housekeeping left the balcony wide open (!!!!) - and all the rooms are connected with a terrace! Therefore any other guest could have unrestricted access to my room while I was at work. - Privacy - the balcony is facing the connected terrace and a walkway above - good luck to stay private and still have some sun entering the room with shades open - restaurant: on the night of arrival we wanted to have dinner, we sat at our table for 15 minutes - no menu card was given, no drinks offered - the place did not seem fully packed. I mean, come on - it they knew they could not serve us they should have let us know. We left and looked for another place - another time I ordered a glass of beer and sat in the hotel bar - a guy came and started wiping the table (I think he was finishing the shift, the table was not dirty), asked us to lift up the glasses so he could continue - again, I guess there's just lack of basic professionalism in the bar/restaurant

Disappointed with our stay. While the room itself was adequate, the presence of mysterious white powder on the bed sheets and the discrepancy between the booked room and the one provided were major concerns. Additionally, the pet fee of €25 per night was excessive, especially considering the lack of any pet-friendly amenities in the room.
