Beautiful room, light and modern, huge bathroom and very clean. Staff was very nice. Pool area on the roof top was relaxing, everything’s well-structured. Extremely good value for price. Would definitely book here again.
Had an amazing stay here with my girlfriend. I booked a strip to Seville for her birthday and chose this hotel. It’s a 5 minute walk from the main town and the Main Street right beside the hotel is bustling with life which made us feel safe and close to a good atmosphere. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! The rooms were extremely clean and spacious and cleaned every day! Could not have asked for a better, reasonably priced hotel! Thank you Hotel Zenit!
I recently stayed at the zenit hotel and overall had a mixed experience. Reception & Staff: The reception staff were lovely and very helpful, always recommending great local restaurants to try. The cleaners were friendly and did an excellent job, cleaning the room thoroughly every day and changing the towels daily, which was really appreciated. Setting & Location: The setting of the hotel was lovely, and it was nice to be slightly outside the city centre. It was about a 20-minute walk or a quick 15-minute taxi ride, which only cost around €6, making it easy to explore while enjoying a quieter area to stay in. Pool: The pool staff were friendly too, but there were far too many rules for such a small pool. For example, if you left your sunbed for more than ten minutes to go and eat, you would lose it. At the rooftop pool, you couldn’t have a drink around the pool, which felt unreasonable, especially in 45-degree heat when all you want is a cold glass of water while sitting at the pool edge. What made it worse was the inconsistency: depending on who was managing the pool that day, different rules applied. Something allowed one day wasn’t allowed the next, which was confusing and frustrating. If strict rules are going to be enforced, they should at least be clear, reasonable, and applied consistently by all staff. Bar: Most of the bar staff were friendly, but on our last day, there was a staff change and the man working gave us a lot of attitude. He ignored us, rolled his eyes, and made us feel uncomfortable. Reception had told us that the kitchen was closed at both the restaurant and bar, and that local bars were shut too, so we bought a simple roll from a nearby shop to eat with our drinks at the bar. However, we were told off, told to stop eating, and asked to throw our food away, despite also buying drinks there, and reception telling us it would be okay for us to eat upstairs in the bar area as they knew we were leaving and needed to eat, they even gave us plates and cutlery. To add to this, we had bottles of water that we had kept in the bar fridge all week with permission from other staff to keep them cold. This same man took our glasses away and had a go at us again. It felt unnecessarily rude and really put a downer on our holiday, making us feel uncomfortable sitting at the bar for the rest of our time. Overall: The cleaning and reception staff were wonderful, and the setting of the hotel was lovely, with its convenient location slightly outside the city. However, the inconsistent pool rules and rude bar staff on the last day negatively impacted our stay. If management ensured consistent policies and better staff training on customer service, it would make guests feel much more welcome. ⭐ Rating: 3/5
