prefect service from start to Finish from Nelly and Yordan. Just finished my holiday on 16/06 and I can honestly say I’ve met some of the nicest people at this hotel. Nelly and Yordan went above and beyond. They honestly couldn’t do enough for us. Nelly is one of the most kind hearted people I’ve even met whiles being on a vacation. She could have a laugh, take a joke and best of all was doing everything in the hotel. She would work on the snack bar, work the restaurant and give us jokes at the lobby bar that we have now renamed ‘Nelly Bar’. The 12 nights we have stayed at the hotel they have both made the experience one to remember. We also had a little inside joke with Nelly so she designed us a tattoo and we went and got it done for her. Angel who is also a bartender was a pleasure and made sure we had the best time. Thank you to all 3 staff for such a great service while on our holiday you have all made our holiday so much better. We hope to see you all again and wish Nelly and Yordan all the best. We can’t thank you enough.

Us and 2 other couples making a group of 6. Had a great time. Weather very good. Staff were polite and very helpful. We were all inclusive but did go out to eat quite a lot simply because we like to get out and about. The food here was great. You will never be hungry! Rooms clean and look newly refurbished. Overall, no complaints at all.

Whether it was remembering our favorite drinks, or just checking in with a warm smile, they made us feel not like guests — but like family. It’s rare to meet people who love what they do so much, and it shows in every interaction. Nelly and Yordan didn’t just do their jobs — they elevated our whole experience and turned a great holiday into a truly special memory. If you’re considering staying here — don’t hesitate.
