Hotel Zermama Zermatt

We had a really lovely time at Hotel Zermama! What we especially loved was the family-like atmosphere – you don’t feel like just any guest here, but truly welcome. The team is incredibly warm, helpful, and always up for a friendly chat. Our room was cozy and stylishly furnished, with a fantastic view of the Matterhorn – waking up was a highlight in itself! A real experience was the private fondue on the balcony – wrapped in coats from the hotel, even the rain couldn’t ruin this unforgettable evening! Breakfast was fresh and delicious. It’s also worth mentioning the coworking space and the cozy bistro – ideal if you want to combine work and relaxation. All in all, a special place with lots of character – we’d love to come back. Thank you, dear Zermama team, for the wonderful time!

It’s a nice small hotel, great location and staff was awesome. Girl at front desk, Margarita, was super helpful even after we checked out. Shout out to her. Skip the “buffet” breakfast, there is barely anything to eat. Spend that money ordering from the regular menu. Overall very positive experience.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Every aspect of our stay was exceptional—from the incredibly kind and helpful manager at the reception to the attentive staff who made us feel right at home. We even enjoyed the company of the cutest, most polite dog at the lobby, which added a charming touch to our experience. And the food in the restaurant? Simply outstanding.
