Room was EXACTLY as advertised. Not all rooms are identical so do your due diligence when selecting. People complaining didn’t do that but all rooms still look very nice. I’ve added a video of our room. This place is gorgeous. Expect a language barrier as this is central Mexico. However, if you know a little, the staff will do whatever to make your stay amazing. The grounds are extremely well-maintained with tons of gorgeous plants and trees, the breakfast coffee is top notch.
Absolutely loved our overnight stay at Zidada Hotel and Chalets. We stayed in a Junior Chalet with garden view. The chalet was impeccably clean with huge windows overlooking the manicured gardens. The bed was nice and firm and very comfortable. Service was very good. The manager let us have a little extra time after checkout so we could shower after our hike up the rock. Highly recommend.
