Hotel Zlatni Lav

We didn't stay at the hotel but nonetheless had a great experience! We missed our ferry stop and were very kindly helped by the receptionist and her friend who drove us to our hostel all the way in Cres. The people here are extremely kind and lovely!!

Hotel Zlatni Lav is a comfortable place to stay on Cres, conveniently situated in the middle of the island, and is the perfect place for exploring Cres and Losinj. Rooms are OK, bathroom a bit dated but everything is clean. Breakfast good😁, WiFi bad😠...but hey, you're on holiday - take a break from your electronics. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

At normally only 2 stars due to bad price/service relation but rooms and breakfast are okay and breathtaking view and good situated hotel with a lot of parking area. Positiv: nice hotel with breathtaking view to the sea, rooms are clean and climated, breakfast view is also perfect and breakfast is okay, breakfast crew is very friendly, nice balconys, only 2mins from room to the beach, near to hotel some cafes and restaurants and a small food shop, a lot of parking in front of the hotel, flowers and nice decorations in front and behind the hotel Negativ: air condition in the rooms not adjustable and buttons removed/panels in bad condition, bath rooms are older, beds are not so comfortable and some beds mattress are very very dirty (!) and in bad condition, price/service relationship bad, some of the crew members could be more polite, no lift for handicapped persons, missing door mat and no fall protection directly at the front entry of the hotel
