We had a queen suite which was perfect for a night stay with teenagers. The room was clean and comfortable (though the pull out couch mattress has mixed reviews from the teens). The staff were very kind and helpful. We arrived early and we were able to park (valet only) and lock our bags in a secure storage room. We enjoyed the family time to make s'mores in the courtyard. Great central location to both the wharf and cable car platforms. We will certainly use this hotel again when we visit.
Wonderful hotel. Clean and within walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf. They had e-bikes to rent, with the 1st hour free. I rode down to the Chase Center and back within the hour. Clean and updated rooms. Small rooms but the room had everything you needed with a table and chair and a bench. Staff were very friendly. We had a social in the courtyard with drinks and appetizers. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was wonderful and the staff were very accommodating to our big group.
I would improve everything except for the staff. This place is NASTY. The room had a disgusting smell and the bed was caved in the middle. This room reminded me of a room in Reno in 1970. We paid the over priced 400 including tax and left for the Palace Hotel and don’t regret the move at all. What makes this hotel even worse is they charged us for the night even though we didn’t stay or sit on the bed. DO NOT STAY here. Move on unless you want bed bugs.
