A comfortable 40 minute walk down to the Vatican, this hotel is tucked away in a residential area. Rooms are nice and spacious, air-conditioning really good, breakfasts are buffet-style and not bad (ask for a coffee at the bar, because the machine coffee is not really very nice). Staff are very attentive. Value for money - we booked through British Airways and this was our 2nd stay. We hope to return again.
I don’t know how the stars of the hotels works, but, ventilation didn’t work in the hotel, only hot air, also the conditioner is in a shape that… here the pic. The windows fall apart, in the WC I found a surprise that it is not coming from me… no fan available, only one and it is broken… the room is like being in a small closet. The hotel just say, we see sorry. Okay… thanks 🙃
Hardly a four star. The exterior and lobby looks nice but rooms are very outdated. The cleaning maid also folded our clothes and place on the chair which we rather not have them touch.
