Hotel Zoo Sofia

Recently we celebrated our daughter’s baptism in the restaurant of the hotel and we’re more than pleased with the service and the preceding planning and communication. The hotel manager was proactive during the planning. At the celebration the staff were nice and helpful and the food was fresh and delicious. Since it was a rainy day and it was not possible to use the outside playground, they prepared the neatest conference room for the kids to play in it. Our family stayed at the hotel and all of them were satisfied with the rooms and service.

We stayed couple of nights in this hotel. The breakfast included was great, plenty of options for eating. The room is not nor small nor big but has everything needed for a comfortable staying. The ladies from reception were kind and explained everything properly.

Staff is friendly. However, I was given a room which was sharing a small balcony with another room. But the catch is that my balcony room was locked and I couldn’t go out. To have privacy I had to darken the whole room. I have never seen such a thing in a 3 star hotel, be it in a 4 star. They agreed to change my room with a little mumbling, because I was there for only one night. The second room was not cleaned and super dusty, but at least we had some privacy. I guess it could have been worse - we could have shared one restroom?
