Hotel Zovko

I was left with a very nice impression from the hotel! Rooms are large and practical for a stop on a business trip. Although the hotel is located on a quite noisy boulevard, the room was completely quiet and I had a pleasant sleep! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Breakfast table was rich and the food was delicious. For coffee lovers there are filter and espresso options. What more could you want?! The only drawback is the location (in an industrial district, far from the centre).

Last time on that hotel!!! 😠 There was some party to the morning, noise everywhere, loud music, people shutting doors. We cannot fall asleep the whole night after work and before driving to Czech Republic! How can I drive now for 6 hours without sleep?! It's 4:14 a.m. and we are leaving. Music add at loud and on the bass - the room was all shaking! It's not for the first time! NO MORE THIS HOTEL! 😡😡😡

What a shame! The facilities don’t even work and are falsely promised! What a disgusting hotel. The shower head was not attached to the wall and broken. The holes of the shower heads were disgusting and dirty. The shower cabin was broken as well, so everything got wet in the bathroom. The toilet is so close to the wall and there is a radiator fixed right next to it as well, which makes it uncomfortable, and almost impossible, to sit on. Who even designed this??? Both rooms we booked smelled very unpleasant. Blankets without covers were pushed into the cabinets. So untidy and unhygienic. The sockets were broken and it was very dangerous for us to charge our phones. The rooms were so hot because the airconditioning does not work, it can only disturb you with its noice. The rooms were so old and really needed a renovation!! The wifi did not work, at all. Almost no personal care products were offered. There was no safe to keep our valuable items in. After a long journey, this is not where you want to stay. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel but a 2-star hotel MAYBE.
