It was amazing, the hotel is clearly newly renovated, very cool and full of nice details. All impeccable. The attention to detail is great and the people working there were all welcoming and ready to assist. Shout out to Josefina at breakfast, she was the best!. 3 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute Walk to the old city, easy walk. Will definitely recommend and come back.
Amazing hotel and fab experience from start to end. Rooms are finished to a high standard. Balcony overlooking the gardens was lovely after a busy day exploring. Staff all very welcoming and polite. Complimentary Mozart chocolates, bottled water, and bathrobes to use in the wellness area included, as well as a free travel card to use across Salzburg. Only a short picturesque stroll along the river into the city, but the bus does stop right opposite the hotel if required. We didn’t use the bar but looked great and seen some good cocktails. We will hopefully be back again in the future. Thank you so much.
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's close to the train station and all tourist spots. The furnishings and decor are really good- one of the best 4 star hotels I've eyes stayed at. The only small complaint I have is that the wifi speed could be better.
