Beautiful hotel in the center of town. The room was updated nicely and made it nice and cozy. The bathroom is a little small, but it's a bathroom. Bed was comfortable, and the view we had was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, and the restaurant is a must go. They had the most friendly pup greet us as we entered. The outdoor parking is in the back as well as the entrance to the underground parking. We didn't have the chance to try the pool or spa, but it looks great, very updated.
Nice hotel, spacious and clean room. Great smart TV. Good extensive breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Definitely not cheap, but a fair price for the quality of the rooms and the service. The hotel has an indoor pool, which looked nice.
Warning: danger for celiacs! We only decided to stop her, because the hotel owner had promised they could cook gluten-free for celiacs. The escalope that they served my celiac child did look suspicious. My husband asked 3 times if they were sure the Schnitzel was gluten free. Three times they insisted that the meal was totally safe for celiacs. After my child had a few bites it turned out that they indeed had made a mistake and used the regular breading. That led to a severe reaction on my kid hours later. The kitchen chef has been reassuring that the breading was made of buckwheat, but he could never prove it. The only way to make it better would have been a letter of apology to the poisoned child, which the kitchen chef also had promised to write. Half a year later the letter still did not arrive. We were "lucky" that there were 2 female employees who worked that day as the 2 had the courage to admit the mistake and Inform immediatelly. By far not all who work here have the empathy and the guts to admit mistakes. We also learned later that the gluten free breading is standing right next to the regular breading which makes a cross-contamination impossible to avoid. This place is unfortunately dangerous for people with celiac disease or other food allergies. I recommend staying away from this place.
