Hotel Öresund Conference & Spa

Comfortable beds and room. They don’t have good writing desks in the rooms though. Very nice breakfast menu and good dinner restaurant too. Location is perfect: easily reachable by car, quick walk into the centre or to the Citadel.

Aside from the slightly boring exterior everything else was really nice about the hotel. Clean and modern rooms. Good breakfast. Good beds. Nice restaurant. The spa was also quite nice. Nothing extraordinary, but overall a really nice experience.

The management really not cares about guests. 1. Im staying here now for 3 weeks. When i arrived to hotel, the receptionist asked to pay in advance the whole stay. I spend around 120days in a year in hotels due to work and travels, and this is the first time that hotel is asking payment in advance. No deposit, but payment. When i asked why, she said its management requirement. 2. On the next day, the kitchen was down, and they were not able to provide hot meal (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc). They had only cold cuts, salami, vegetables etc. when i asked if they can compensate they said: “no, as we provided breakfast”. Regardless that i explained that i paid for hot meal, they not care. They checked with management and they are on the same opinion. That day i had a breakfast in mcdonalds… I still need to travel back to Landskrona in coming months, but this the last time i stay here.
