Very friendly service and artistic design. I also like how centric the hotel location is. Definitely book if I come back to Taichung.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the freshly prepared breakfast food (at 7:00) was put into unheated serving dishes. Not a good start to the day.
Room is okay, something seemed to be wrong with the air conditioning. Toilet wasn't very well maintained, there's black growth along the edges. Use of laundry machines costs me another 100ntd, washing and drying. All in all, I think I had better experience in another hotel at the same price in Taipei.
