Hotell Slottsbacken

Located just outside of the shopping and restaurant district of the old town in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access for taxi and short walk to the tourist spots within the old town walls. Calm atmosphere, clean and beautiful room. Easy to check in and out. Very nice breakfast in a lovely dining room. Located close to a park with beautiful views of the water and sunset. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

This is a gem. I love the comfortable beds. The kind and attentive staff. Nice soap, schampo and great conditioner plus a nicely scented lotion. Love that! A good breakfast with thoughtful selection of bread, yoghurt with plant based alternatives, fruits, scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes (very good ones at that). And coffee, tea etc. I don't always sleep well in hotels, but this is a calm quiet place. This house is old with a very warm, comfortable atmosphere. Slept like a baby. Its small and the only thing i would have wanted was a lounge area. But i will be back, for sure. these places with quality in every corner and such nice staff are rare.

I had a very good time there. The room was very nice and cozy even it might be little small. The breakfast was really good especially the pancakes! I love it. Very close to the central. The staffs were really nice also. 😊
