Hotel conveniently located in the city centre, all sights and areas of interest in walking distance. The room was spacious and seemed to have been partly refurbished recently, all clean, tidy, bed was good and it was quiet during the week. Some of the furniture was a bit worn though. Staff was friendly, WiFi average speed, breakfast buffet was fine with warm and cold local options. Overall acceptable value for the around 100€ I paid per night incl. breakfast.

A somewhat clean hotel in a good location. The rooms could use fixes here and there. In short nothing was done extraordinarily well but the breakfast was more satisfactory than I would have expected from the experience in my room. The staff seemed rather friendly and eager to help. I would probably come here again but I would like to see improvements especially in rooms' condition. Perhaps then the place could deserve a little higher rating. Note that I am talking about my experience of one room and I may have been just unlucky.

3 nights in this hotel. The room I had was very small, as well as the bathroom, no real physical separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. So water is spread everywhere while showering. The two children beds and pillows were awful, definitely too soft and very very low quality. Curtains cannot cut external light. I have requested to change room two times. First time was refused at my arrival because reception was closing at 10.00pm, it was 9.50 when I asked. Second time the other day in the morning, answer was a non friendly straight no. Cleaning service never came during my three days stay. Breakfast was good, with large choice of products, however some doubts on the floor cleanliness. A pity but far from deserving four stars. Sorry.
