The service was impeccable. The chefs prepare incredible food, and on time. Inka, the receptionist, goes above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome, and to provide all the important information. Highly recommended. Just make sure to bring eye masks as the curtains let some light come through (picture taken at 1am)

The location of the hotel is a big plus, is right in the center of this small town. The room and bath were clean and comfortable, a bit small, but fell cozy. I went in mid-Jan, outside was snow but inside, the place was warm, so it feel so nice. There is also a sauna ready in the evening for you, so don't forget to go to last floor and try it. The breakfast, swedish buffet, is more than enough, only good meals and a variety of choices. The staff is very friendly and come in your help: we had to leave early in the morning, so they managed and get the breakfast ready by 6am, with half hour advance.

The room might have been slightly outdated, but the service and location were excellent. A significant highlight was the assistance in sending my forgotten headphones to me through mail afterward. The customer service was exceptional, earning a perfect 10+ rating.
