Nice place for city break in Warsaw ! Polite owner, beautiful, safe and nice neighbourhood without „engineers,, and ,doctors,, from Africa and Middle East like in western Europe. Lot of shops and markets around. Nice mobility, from apartment to city centre you need less than 20 min with clean and safe public transport.
Very nice place, clean and cosy. The coffee was on the house. The place is near a supermarket and bus station.
The place itself is cheap, clean and in a very good location. Our room was big, we had a kitchen and bathroom with all the necessary amenities. However, sound insulation is terrible. On the outside you can hear every passing car and public transport busses (the bus stop is near the hotel, which, I guess is a great thing), on the inside, it seems, that you don't even have a door because you can hear everything that is going on in the main corridor, and to make matters worse, our neighbors were really loud. Also, you can hear everything that is happening in other rooms because the walls are really thin. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this place.
