Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall facilities were well-maintained. One small issue I noticed was with the currency exchange service — the lady at the desk was not very friendly or professional, which slightly affected the overall impression. Also, the hotel is located a bit far from the city center and main tourist spots, so some extra travel time should be expected. Other than that, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a quiet and clean place to stay in Tbilisi. Edited: On a positive note, I was informed that the breakfast buffet is fully halal, which was very reassuring and convenient.

The hotel was good when it comes to the rooms and the view , but the staff in the reception were not friendly at all but to be honest not all of them , we had horrible experience with one of the male staff I wish if I have his name , cleaning services is horrible and if you request for anything , they won't respond , we asked for extra bed and the cleaner brought the bed with making the bed sheets and when we complain she lied and said I made it for them and the male receptionist ignored our complain. Breakfast was acceptable to some extent; Location is far from downtown but it's quiet. I don't recommend it at all if you are looking for pleasant experience

Disappointed with the housekeeping service. Towels were not replaced even when left on the floor, and beds were not properly made. The blankets were not changed during the stay, and overall cleanliness and organization were lacking. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service.
