Central location, but up a filthy street from the main road. Nice rooms, clean up no space to get in the shower without brushing up against the shower screens. The bathroom door doesn't open all the way as a luggage stand is in the way. Was hard to find the spot between boiling hot or freezing cold water in the shower. Many little lights (power box, above the door, on the TV, etc) that lights up the room while you are trying to sleep. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very basic for 9€.

Keep in mind, i think that the cons outweigh the pros, and if you can, stay somewhere else in a similar location that is better value for your money. pros - location is great, super central. The street leads into Scappa Napoli which is full of street food and very vibrant napoli culture. It is also close by to a metro station and a 15 minute walk from the central train station. The port is a 30 minute walk/5 minute metro ride if you are interested in day trips to sorrento, capri etc. Keep in mind the street is a bit dodgy, but everywhere in napoli looks like this. - The staff are friendly and nice. Especially those serving breakfast. the front desk is helpful and easy to communicate with. cons in order from worst to manageable - first of all the most noticeable thing right away is the thinness of the walls. It is like they are made of paper. You can hear every conversation, every cough, snoring, and every scroll of tiktok. The worst was when i was awoken at 2am to the awful sound of the couple next door having loud s3x. Thankfully i brought noise cancelling headphones. - Another weird thing is every room is connected by a locked door. Which is just unsettling. I think most of the noise comes through that. - Another issue with the noise is that the front door bangs very loudly every time it closes. and when people come back late in the night everyone knows it. So if you are someone who sleeps early. This is definitely not a good place to stay. You will not be sleeping well. - As for the breakfast, its pretty terrible. The coffee is genuinely the worst ive ever had, and tastes really weird. Which is so strange for italy. They just use an espresso machine. There is such a limited selection of food, it is not worth paying for the breakfast one bit. Its just reheated frozen pastries, and some yogurt cups. No fruit, eggs or anything. Youd be way better off going to a local cafe. - Lastly my bed was like a block of concrete. (this was the single bed in a double room) Im young so it wasnt so much of an issue, but i can imagine my mum complaining about how much it would hurt her back.

We had booked for one night, which we had already prepaid. We had arranged to check in late at 23:30, when our flight was arriving. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed, and from the afternoon onwards, we were sending messages and updates to let them know we would be late. No one replied. We found ourselves outside the hotel with no response at all; some tenants helped us get into the building at least, because we couldn’t find another hotel available at that hour, which resulted in us sitting on the building’s stairs all night. They have an emergency phone number, which obviously doesn’t work. They didn’t even care to check if their guests had arrived. We will obviously take legal action because these people are **SCAMMERS AND THIEVES**. **STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL**.
