Houston Marriott Energy Corridor

Melanie the Manager at this Marriott 16011 Katy Frwy was tremendously kind, supportive, friendly and helpful. In Town with Family for a Memorial for Aunt Jackie ran into a bind and Melanie took care of us. I was super thankful and grateful for service. She saved the day! The hotel bartender was attentive and a delight. The entire weekend was less stressful I feel because of this hotels staff. A thoughtful cleaning lady went out of her to bring us towels when she was clearly busy. I mean customer service oriented in this rat race in and out industry. Kudos!

Location was great. Near everything. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was very clean, spacious. Just wish it had a microwave. The breakfast was made fresh every morning. Definitely a great place to stay I highly recommend them. A++++++
