The best part of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel restaurant ( The Republic Grill). Jesus, our server, was exceptional—very attentive and offered great recommendations. The drinks were excellent, and my meal was delicious. The hotel is in a convenient location, which made getting around easy. However, the rooms, hallways, and in-room AC units feel outdated and could definitely use some TLC.

I travel for work. Typically about 75-80 nights a year all over the country. This location was outstanding in terms of service. A top five location in terms of service. Everyone was nice, friendly, and actively accommodating. The doormen, the front desk, and the wait staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to help. The building is older, but the interior is recently renovated it appears.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the last few months. What sets this property apart is the people that provide that extra level of service. - Azeb has my coffee order memorized and starts making it before I even get up to the counter - Blen is super cheerful in the lounge in the mornings, and is always looking for a way to assist the guests. Today, she saw me with an almost over flowing drink and was right there with a sleeve and lid before I could even think about it - Amber is a consistent friendly face in the evenings, asking about my day, and taking feedback on the apps set out for the returning road warriors All of these team members know me and my colleagues by name and help make it feel a little bit more like home every time we are in town. Everything else? Some of the rooms are definitely dated, but it doesn't bother me. I am looking for a hotel that can provide a clean, quiet stay with amenities that save me time. Housekeeping does a great job, room is always perfect when I return. Sometimes it takes a bit, like 10-15 mins, for the hot water to arrive in the shower. In some rooms, the AC struggles to keep it cool. But by and large, these are non-issues, just noticed. Overall, will likely keep coming back every time I need to be in the area.
