Howard Johnson by Wyndham Incheon Airport

Checked in late at night, the hotel area is quite quiet. Room is clean and spacious, equipped with a functional mini-refrigerator, 2 bottled waters and slippers. Wifi is stable. Water from tap and shower is strong. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, one is even just next to hotel entrance. Supermarket and drug store is also within a 5 minutes walk from hotel. Amenities include 2 bottled waters, a hairdryer, an electric kettle and slippers.

I can't understand the hotel's policy. When the room temperature is too hot even with the window open and the air is stuffy and hard to breathe, I asked for a fan but the receptionist replied that it was gone until noon the next day. So how can we rest during that time because the staff replied that it was due to the building's installation system??? Another problem is that we paid to use the service as we wanted and comfortably. But we received the answer that the temperature must be above 25 degrees to use the air conditioner?? How can there be a setting when each person has a different body temperature? And who will be responsible for our health problems?

First, I arrived 2:48pm and they told me to sit down because check-in is 3pm. Its a bit picky but okay, I can accept that. Now here is the problem and the main reason for the one star: The room looks totally different, it is much smaller than they advertise! Its never 26sqm, maybe it is 18sqm? Please judge from the photo I uploaded. Judge by yourself, compare it to the photos they provide. Where is the additional table and sofa (the blue one from the advertised photos)? Yes, right, it is not there. You know why? Because there is no space for it. Do you know why there is no space? Because this room isnt 26sqm like they wrote on Trip.com. Would I have booked the room if it would be so small? Definitely not. So yes, I feel scammed. Also keep in mind: the aircon is directly facing the bad (see the attached photo) so it blows the cold air right into your face at night. Probably the best way to catch a cold. Additionally to that, they dont have disposable toothbrushes. Can not even request them. Luckily I only booked one night. Very bad experience, wont come again. The only positive aspect is that its directly across the Unseo Station, 7 minutes away from the airport terminal.
