I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. FIRST, The reception staff pre-charged my credit card, then it turned out that the charge had already been made, that is, they had deducted me. They had to cancel it, they wasted my time. SECOND, The next day at breakfast, as I am a guest, the girl who serves in the hotel restaurant charges me for my partner's and my breakfast, having breakfast service included in my reservation. She just didn't ask. It was also a waste of time. Furthermore, the hotel does not have an Electronic Bill of Sale, which means I cannot access the SUNAT tax refund for the Hotels category, as I belong to the 5th category of income tax. It is unheard of that a Finally, I wanted to pay in dollars, since the exchange rate in soles that the hotel offered me was very high. To which the receptionist named Álvaro told me that he only had to charge me in soles, conditioning me and I imagine other guests to pay in national currency, not respecting that everyone is free to use the currency that they see fit.
