I stayed on July 6, 2019 until July 7. The common spaces of the complex are in keeping with the name. As for the room, I stayed in a loft house, a cabin with a large loft room, the door was not so insulated and it was very cold, the service regarding soaps and bath kits were absent, I had to request hand towels because there were none and to top it all off I did not have hot water (winter). When I complained about this, they told me to call by phone, there was no phone in the room, and the concierge also told me to call the cell phone and I don't have coverage in that area. The included menu is not extensive and they give you 2 options with a starter, main and dessert. Drinks apart and they charge you for table service. The price of the loft house is $7,600 for 2 people and lunch and dinner expenses are about $700 more. For that price it should be more boutique than what it says on its sign.
