The buffet breakfast had a great variety. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. I stayed for 2 nights and it was very comfortable.

Nice, clean new rooms, great breakfast but service and employees completely lacking any sense. Had the lights turned off on me while I was on a conference call on the second floor - employee didn’t care after I told him I’d be a few more minutes. Witnessed our table at breakfast getting wiped down with a stinky dirty towel, no cleaner at all. Unfortunately, the other guests at the hotel will smoke indoors - witnessed this twice in the first day of our stay and staff was not helpful. Pool is not very kid friendly, has jagged and cracked stone tiles on the edge - our kids got their elbows and shins scraped up. But their breakfast has a lot of choices!

Terrible hotel, even it's a new hotel. Some of the staffs are so rude. Reservation department staffs are unwell trained. Guest relationship manager Dragon Ke, He doesn't know how do his job, and showing very poor customer service skills.
