Unbeatable location. At the core place of Hankou. Across street from the river park. Countless great restaurants and shops. The view from the top is fantastic. Breakfast and executive lounge are wonderful. Spacious room. The only downside is that it’s a little bit too old but still fine.
American style breakfast on the side bar around the corner so locals can get their black fungus and I could get a waffle and syrup.
When I arrived at the hotel with a tour group in March 2015, I immediately realize that I had to adjust my expectation. On the outside, the hotel is not small, and inside, it has a swimming pool. Although its fixtures and fittings are dated, it is about 30 minutes walk (7 o'clock direction) to the pedestrian-only street.
