Great location, excellent service, and friendly staff!! I absolutely recommend this hotel as the perfect place to explore Buenos Aires.

Stayed here for a weekend. Location is good. It would be more convenient if it was a bit south on Florida. If you take the subte (subway) here, you’ll likely have to transfer. There was hot water on the first day, but the second day the shower was not getting as hot. On the morning of check-out, there was no hot water. Very disappointed as we are headed to the airport for a long flight without a proper shower.

This place was gross. We booked two nights because booking.com made it look great, but was very deceiving. We paid, went up to the room and immediately turned around and they would not return our money. The tub was grimes, the bed sheets stained and dirty, it was musky and damp. There was no view like advertised. We politely explained that was not what was advertised but they would not refund us even though we were in the room 3 minutes. Also outside we were accosted by people asking for money and it was just so dirty outside the hotel. It was so bad we went and got another place an just lost the money.
