From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive—always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The check-in process was quick and easy, and we were even offered complimentary drinks upon arrival. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view that made every morning feel like a vacation in itself. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities (including the high-speed Wi-Fi, plush robes, and quality toiletries) really made a difference. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—fresh, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The hotel also has an amazing on-site restaurant and a rooftop bar that’s perfect for evening relaxation. The location is ideal—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, Metro and major attractions, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel truly delivers a top-tier experience. We will absolutely be back! Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service at the reception was cold and unwelcoming. In particular, the Indian guy at the reception showed no hospitality at all and spoke to us in a very dismissive tone. The woman at the reception was not helpful either. She avoided eye contact and made no effort to assist me when I politely asked about an early check-in. I even saw other guests who arrived after me being checked in before me, but she didn’t care at all she acted as if I was just bothering her. We were given a connecting room, and the noise level was unacceptable. We could clearly hear every word the guest in the other room was saying. It honestly felt like we were in a camping ground, not a proper hotel were we can relax. There was absolutely no soundproofing. We complained about the noise multiple times and even went to the reception four times, but nothing was done. Both the Indian guy and the woman at the front desk just brushed it off as if it wasn’t their problem. We ended up feeling completely ignored. Another frustrating part: the room includes two small bottles of water for free, while two larger bottles are also placed in the room but are chargeable. What made it worse is that the staff kept reminding us that those bottles were not complimentary as if they expected us to take them without paying. It felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. They also require a 200 AED cash deposit upon check-in, which I found unusual and inconvenient. It’s the first time I’ve encountered this in any hotel. To be fair, the room itself was okay clean and decent in terms of space and amenities. But unfortunately, the poor customer service and lack of hospitality are what truly ruined our experience. Considering the price we paid, it was simply not worth it. I do not recommend this hotel, and we will definitely not be coming back. Management seriously needs to improve staff attitude, customer care, and the overall guest experience.

Rude Staff, Smelly Room, and Poor AC I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was far from what was advertised. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, that staff sameer is so rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome. When we entered in our room, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to relax. While the AC was technically working, it barely cooled the room, leaving it hot and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Dental kit, slippers weren’t provided unless you’ll asked. For the price charged, I expected at least basic comfort and decent service — neither was provided. I would not recommend this hotel until they address their staff’s attitude, improve room cleanliness, and fix their cooling system.
