Dear Team Howard sur Seine, my family had such a nice stay in your hotel in January. Your team is so kind, children friendly and they fulfilled all our wishes. everything was so clean and comfort and modern. The bathroom was hygienic, the shower relaxing and the bed so huge. Never before in a hotel I had such a delicious and healthy breakfast. I hope we will have our next stay by you soon.
Room was very clean and nice, the furniture in the hotel is new and modern. Staff was absolutely incredible! Helpful, kind and always with the smile on their face, 10/10. Location is not perfect, as you need to take train and then public transport to go to the city center, but we didnt mind.
If you are looking for an actual hotel with all the perks and benefits…look elsewhere…To be honest, when we pulled up to the location we were surprised to find such a small establishment. On a positive note, we were checked in by a lovely lady in which she even gave us the option of choosing a room. She showed great hospitality and even put in an effort to communicate with us in English (which is very rare in Paris). The rooms were smaller than the pictures portrayed. The bathroom was beautiful. Unfortunately, we were greeted by dozens of flies…every…single…day….The night staff is definitely more “laid back” for a lack of a better term. We struggled with closing the balcony door one night and when we called the concierge…we were only advised to “try harder.” The bed was very comfortable. We called for extra pillows which was easily accommodated. For ice, we were instructed to fetch it ourselves in the lobby in which we were handed two cereal bowls of ice. We were very disappointed to find out that the entire kitchen is just for show. The microwave and induction stove does not work. Disappointing as we selected this hotel for that very reason. The area is somewhat nice and confirmed by our Uber driver. A few restaurants and a market for your convenience within walking distance. Other than that, I’d find something closer to the city center if you are not too familiar with the city.
