Hp hotel had delicious food. Very luxurious and had strong wifi. Very quick service and in the middle of cool mountains with a good view. Sliding door in my room broke and the doorbell as well. I really liked the design and carpet.
I am only giving a low score due to the fact that they had not turned on the air conditioning. The room was an oven as it was over 24 degrees the whole time I was vacationing in the country. Got absolutely no sleep due to heat. The room and hotel are beautiful and food was very good.
I have been a loyal guest of this hotel for many years, but during my most recent stay, I was disappointed by the service. When I requested a late check-out, I was charged half the price of a full night's stay, which felt unreasonable given my long-standing relationship with the hotel. Additionally, the attitude and professionalism of the front desk staff left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the level of service has noticeably declined.
