Amazing resort, amazing spa and spectacular views. The breakfast was astonishingly good.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing area of Moravia. The hotel staff are the best I’ve ever experienced in Europe, helpful, friendly, professional, and accommodating. The wellness is beautiful and unique with the snow room. The pool is perfect and breakfast is wonderful. One complaint would be the food offered at the restaurant by the pool, very overpriced and not in line with the atmosphere or setting. Sitting by the pool we paid 450kc for less than half a chicken breast and three pieces of broccoli. The hotel already offers fine dining in the chateau, perhaps some more down to earth food options by the pool would be a better idea. Other than that again a great place and experience.

We came to find this beautiful complex on the Slovak Zlavomat site, where it had great reviews and recommendations, visited with my fiance, whom I gave this stay as a birthday gift and we totall fell in love with the whole place. From the cute, clean and well furnished rooms, amazing hotel area and even more amazing spa (this was actually the main point, why we came) - various saunas,jacuzzi, snow cave and the whole aura around the place, everything nice and clean, refreshments in place and the chill view from the spa into the garden and to the castle. All of it made the stay special and we couldnt get enough. There are two restaurants, where you can have a great menus from the chefs if you have delicate buds, we appreciated more the simple but nice and tasty Czech menu in the near Bistro. The area is beautiful and we brought our own bikes to have a round the lakes, there was even a small festival in the near village, which has cute housing too. The cherry on the top was the welcoming staff which was the best, I have to mention the great receptionist Lenka, who even though was very proffesional, was also very sweet and helpful and made our day always when we had a chat, shared the local history and curiosities and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely come back and give the stay as a gift to our families and are just happy to choose this location. Greetings from Slovak/Turkish couple and thanks for delivering more than expected.
