We had an amazing stay at Hrizantema Hotel in Bulgaria! The food was absolutely fantastic — from the rich and delicious breakfast buffet to the fresh and tasty lunch. Between meals, there were great snacks and desserts available, and dinner was always a highlight with a wide variety of options, including grilled meats, salads, and local specialties. The cocktails were surprisingly good for all-inclusive, and the bar served quality alcohol, not watered down like in some other places. The hotel itself is clean, the area is beautiful, and the staff were always kind and helpful. Great value for the price — we’ll definitely come back!

The hotel does not feel like a four star hotel, the reception staff is terribly rude and cheeky. Instead of helping in the handling of the problem they tend to prejudge and put the blame on you. Many smoke by the pool even though it is prohibited but not enforced. The pool is not heated so is cold and also dirty. Specifically I can mention the woman with curly hair who worked at the reception on 23/06/2025 who didn’t behave professionally and began taunting us.
