Very well maintained, staff are very clean and polite. Private lounge is compact and away from foot traffic along with a city view. The massage session was relaxing and techniques are very relaxing.

Updated review 07/2025 after staying here several more times over the past 2 years I have to sadly update my review and remove stars. Then I noticed the hotel hadn’t even responded a thank you to my previous review 😒 Not as impressed anymore. No one knows where the two advertised hot tubs are, I feel like I’m brushed off while staff excessively chats with others and try to flatter my mother in law when I’m the one who makes our reservations. I had to wait for them to check me in after they ignored me while trying to change our reservation with her. Last year, 2024 staff did not properly handle an emergency life threading situation or even offer transportation to hospital , which they did offer transportation this stay to try upsale. But it want available when my daughter could have died. Nor did I get any type of comp for inconvenience of our water being shut off for entire night. I love most the serving and bar tender staff as they always greet me and my husband, I do especially appreciate the great hospitality from Cesar, other Cesar and Juan in the executive lounge. Juan made me the best cappuccinos ❤️ So far our stay has been wonderful, so relaxing I already can’t wait to come back. Poolside is so majestic. Beautiful hotel, the housekeeping is amazing, it’s one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at, I have never seen such extensive cleaning every day, very hospitable staff, delicious fresh food. Must try the chimichurry sauce. We appreciate the mini bar stocked with drinks daily, it is nothing like you experience in the U.S.

Stayed here for a brief visit to Leon. We have stayed here 2 previous times and had had a very good experience. This time not so much. We stayed on the concierge level and this was or experience this time. Room amenities are poor no fridge although they do provide coffee and only 1 small bottle of water. On one of the days we did not get any water I called and asked for some at the front desk and they never sent it up. I had asked the housekeeping person who was cleaning rooms on our floor prior to calling the front desk and she said she could not provide any water even though I could clearly see she had a case of water in her cleaning cart. The concierge room service was horrible! they would barely acknowledge you and if you asked for anything it was like you were bothering the wait staff. The restaurant had decent food everything was fresh and decent for the price. The wait staff again very poor not attentive at all. they were all standing around talking and not tending to clients, Housekeeping was excellent as far as keeping the room clean, the room was immaculate and all the bedding was super clean. Lastly, our stay carried over the weekend. We were awoken at 3:00 am to a loud group of we are assuming guests. They were obviously overserved and were making a huge commotion. It went on for over 30 minutes. We were concerned as it seemed like no security approached them as it went on so long. It made us very uncomfortable that the hotel had appeared to have no security. In summary we were very disappointed with our stay as we had stayed two prior times and service had been excellent both prior times. Decent hotel but over priced if this is the new normal!
