Sadly to say , if you don’t have a suit and ties they won’t treat you with respect . I went to the two restaurants they have and the service was bad and the food was not the top notch , they need to hired , people willing to serve and give good customer service. If the Service is good food taste great cause you did your best . They don’t have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get an order from a customer , you don’t have a weeding or a freaking booked out hotel to provide 💯 service to customers
Rooms need update , no hot water super upset that I had to take cold showers. Breakfast is not included. They need to make sure they update pool; was out of service. Much needed new work around the hotel. Ladies in the front desk was not very polite on my first stay at the hotel. I even payed Sunday but left Saturday evening I couldn't stay one more day their at the hotel.
We found hair in the bathroom shower. The spa was supposed to be open until 8:30pm but was closed when we tried to use at 5pm. When we asked front desk, they said the spa staff left to work at another Hotsson. Room service phone number is not answering at 6:45pm. I called front desk, and they said they needed to call me back. It has been 30 minutes. This is not a serious hotel.
